Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There's no call-out fee, ever. You only pay for the work done, with a clear price agreed before starting.
How quickly can you arrive?
For most jobs in the Medway area, you'll have someone with you within around 20 minutes. WF is a local one-man operation, so when you ring you go straight through. No call centre in the middle.
Are you available at night and weekends?
Yes. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. Past customers have called at midnight on a Sunday and on Good Friday. The phone gets answered.
Can you help if my key has snapped in the lock?
Absolutely. Snapped keys, broken locks, jammed mechanisms, all standard work. The key will be extracted and the lock either repaired or replaced as needed.
Do you unlock vehicles?
Yes. Vans, cars, work vehicles. Usually opened up without any damage to the vehicle. Call and describe the situation.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
